Cheney and the Temptation of Perjury

We're a little uncertain, like many, of what's up with Dick Cheney being willing to testify. Maybe it's just his egotistical arrogance, and he believes that no one can get the better of him. But, unless he decides to go the route of pleading a faulty memory -- as does Scooter Libby himself -- he certainly does appear to be in some peril of perjury, as the commentary below indicates.

We still think that the Busheviks had planned to have Bush pardon Libby by now, but things are too hot with the Iraq fiasco. That means that after the tedious task of finding jury members who don't think Cheney is Dr. Evil is complete -- if that is possible -- then Cheney might actually take the stand.
