Libby supporters press for presidential pardon

Shades of Iran-Contra, the Bushevik philosophy of "we never really did it if we get pardoned" may get tested. The one thing Bush may have learned from his father is to pardon those involved in your activities.

Libby is the highest-ranking White House official sentenced to prison since the Iran-Contra affair.

There is a strong push for the right-wing squads for Bush to give a pardon, regardless of the political implications.
