Court refuses to delay Libby prison sentence

While there was a fear that the federal appeals court would unfairly interfere in the sentencing of former White House aide I. Lewis (Scooter) Libby, the unanimous decision against Libby spoke volumes on the case.

This will likely spark the pardon cry, but let it ring. So far, it has fallen on deaf ears.
