The New York Times Coverage of the 'Commutation' --
A Travesty of Journalism
July 3, 2007
The New York Times and the Washington Post have been guilty of
essentially rewriting Bushevik speak or kissing up, especially
on the op-ed page. The "coverage" of the Libby pardon
unfortunately falls into that category.
The approach doesn't seem to be "what does this mean for justice
and national security" but more like "Wow! Bush still has guts."
This miscarriage of justice impresses the MSM. How distasteful.
